Right of Withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, acquired physical possession of the last item.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Michelle Yasmine Laskowski, Michis Illustrations, Carlssonweg 9c, 22147 Hamburg, email: hello@michisillustrations.com) of your decision to withdraw by an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, though it is not obligatory.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except supplementary costs from choosing a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and within fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal. We use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; no fees will be charged. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier.

You must send back the goods without undue delay, and within fourteen days of informing us of the withdrawal. We bear the cost of the return shipment. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exception: commissions

Under § 312g (2) no. 1 BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to consumer specification or clearly personalised. This covers every piece ordered via Commissions. You actively confirm this before paying for a commission (see the payment page under /commission-checkout).
