Payment

Full Payment Upfront via Stripe

Once subject, size and price are confirmed, Michi sends you a secure payment link. The full amount is paid via Stripe before work begins (card, PayPal, Klarna, SEPA). As this is a piece made specifically for you, German law (§ 312g (2) no. 1 BGB) providesno statutory right of withdrawal — you actively confirm this before paying. If the commission is cancelled before the sketch is approved, we refund the full amount minus a sketch fee; no refund is possible after that point. Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a commission take?

Most pieces take 4–8 weeks depending on size and current queue.

Can I request revisions?

Yes — one round of sketch revisions is included before painting begins.

Do you ship internationally?

Shipping is currently limited to Germany (see the shipping page); for other countries, please get in touch.

What if I'm not happy with the sketch?

We'll keep adjusting the sketch together until it feels right before any paint touches canvas.
